The Vecera family produce Organic Olive Oil from the olive grove Collina del Talegro in the Gargano National Park.

The production process is personally overseen by the proprietors of the Appartamenti Serena in order to obtain a Typical High Quality Gargano Product using organic fertilisers, manual harvesting and cold pressing according to traditional methods
